Autistic Flair Programme

£200 for full 6 week programme

What Autism Group Coaching Offers:

• A clearer understanding of how their autistic brain works and what helps them feel comfortable and understood

• Shared learning with peers who experience the world in similar ways

• Practical strategies for managing sensory, social and emotional demands

• Growing confidence as they begin to recognise their strengths and communicate their needs

• A supportive space where feeling understood helps reduce pressure and build confidence over time.

Over 6 weeks, we develop:

• A deeper understanding of their autistic profile, strengths and differences

• Strategies for emotional and sensory regulation in everyday situations

• Greater confidence in social communication and navigating relationships

• Practical tools for managing anxiety and overwhelm

• Language for self-advocacy at school and beyond.

Each programme includes:

• Weekly structured group sessions

• Explicit teaching of regulation and communication strategies

• Guided discussion to build insight and peer connection

• A personalised written summary of strategies to support home and school.

​

Where appropriate, provision can align with existing school support plans or form part of EHCP provision.

Programmes will be available online or in person (Crowborough, East Sussex).
