Individual sessions offer highly personalised, structured support for children and teenagers with ADHD or autism in these 60 minute sessions. Each session is carefully designed around the young person’s strengths, challenges and long-term development.

Foundational Programmes:

The ADHD HeadStart Self-Paced Programme covers the fundamentals of understanding the ADHD brain, along with practical strategies for organisation, time management, task initiation and emotional regulation. Young people can work through the sessions at their own pace, and parents are welcome to learn alongside them if they wish, helping to reinforce the strategies at home. This can provide a helpful foundation before progressing to more tailored one-to-one coaching.

You can find out more about the ADHD HeadStart programme here:

An Autistic Flair Self-Paced Programme, designed specifically for autistic children and young people, is currently in development.
