I am Charlotte MacDougall, Specialist Teacher, former school leader with a Master’s degree, qualified Dyslexia Assessor and certified ADHD coach. I provide assessment and coaching for children and teens, structured programmes for parents, and school consultancy informed by my leadership experience. My work focuses on turning insight into clear, practical support that strengthens confidence, emotional regulation and self-belief.​

​Families come to me when they want thoughtful, specialist input beyond what school alone can provide. Some choose to use EHCP funding to access my services where this is appropriate. Others are seeking a highly personalised assessment or coaching approach that centres their child’s strengths as well as their needs. We can chat through any of this on a call.

Based in East Sussex, I work with families across Kent, Surrey and West Sussex, as well as nationally and internationally online. I limit the number of families I work with to ensure depth, continuity and highly personalised support.
