A Specialist 6-Week Group Programme

£200

ADHD HeadStart is a specialist, group programme designed for children and teenagers who would benefit from a deeper understanding of their ADHD profile and practical tools to manage it confidently.

It is a structured, evidence-informed programme that combines neuroscience, strategy and self-awareness in a calm, supportive setting.

Over six weeks, participants develop:

• A clear understanding of how their ADHD brain works
• Practical executive function and organisation strategies
• Emotional regulation tools that work in real life
• Increased confidence and positive self-identity
• Language for self-advocacy at school and beyond

Each programme includes:

• Weekly structured group sessions
• Explicit teaching of attention, activation and regulation strategies
• Guided discussion to build insight and peer connection
• A personalised written summary of strategies to support home and school.

Programmes are available online or in person (Crowborough, East Sussex)

- contact me to find out when the next cohort is starting.

Where appropriate, provision can align with existing school support plans or as part of EHCP provision.

The focus throughout is the same: helping young people understand their brain, strengthen their skills and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

For families who prefer a flexible option, a pre-recorded self-paced version of ADHD HeadStart is also available (£120). This allows young people and parents, where helpful, to work through the content at their own pace.
